  • There's a step-by-step instruction in my first posting, and a link to a video, where you exactly can see, whats the problem ...

But let's start from beginning and make a new try (and, as always, sorry for my english):

    Problem Description

Hot-Spot of Text (Drop Shadow) Objects are not been saved, when duplicate on other layouts!

    Description of Capx

    Two layouts.

In the first the Text (Drop Shadow) Object has the Hot Spot in the Center as i set in the properties.

In the second layout the Text (Drop Shadow) Object has the Hot Spot on Top-Left, but in properties it's still set to Center.

    Steps to Reproduce Bug

    • I create an Text (with Drop Shadow) Object on any layer.
    • I set the Hot Spot from Top-Left to Center.
    • When I duplicate this object in the same frame (ctrl + drag the object) the Hotspot still be centered.
    • When I duplicate this object to another frame (drag it from the Project-List) the Hotspot is Top-Left - but in the Properties-View still shown centered

    Observed Result

The Hot-Spot of the duplicated Objects is wrong!

    Expected Result

The Hot-Spot of the duplicated Objects should be the same!

    Affected Browsers

Not in Browser - it's directly in C2

    Operating System and Service Pack

    Windows 10

No Capx, but a YouTube Link (I hope it works):

  • Thanks, Voulk!

  • Hello and first as always, sorry for my english

How do I calculate the number of positions after the "." (I non't know how i should epxlain it better)?

When I calculate a number and the result for example is "1.123456789" - what can I do to only show/calculate only a number like "1.12"?

    Thanks for your help!

  • I already sent you a PM (where we could write in german), but for all the other nice and friendly and helpful users here, i answer in english

I know and understand your problem - i also have the same with my (at the moment paused) project EYE CRUSH.

Your link does not work anymore, so i think no one can "see" what's your problem.

The next bad news: i also don't know a solution *g*

I think your title is not chosen well, 'couse everyone think you mean a "normal" Match-3-Game, where you change the position of two "Gems" to create a row of 3 or more "Gems" of the same color ...

But in your game (also in mine) the player draws a line (while in-touch) from one Gem to another Gem of the same color - and when touch ends all selected Gems will be destroyed (you can try it in my project EYE CRUSH).

But what we don't know is how to get a "step back" (i hope someone understand what we mean and can help).

    Thanks!

    I love it!

  • Remmy112 For what to use? Take a look at the first posting/question:

[quote:2hfdit01]... make the particles go inward to the point instead of spraying outwards ...

... create a "charging" or "taking in energy" effect ...

  • That looks epic!
