I'm also wondering about this - if I'm distributing a game, where does the licence agreement come in? Do I only need it if I charge for the game? Why don't Steam games have a licence agreement?

The real thing you need to be worried about is whether you are infringing on someone else's copyright.
Ashley I'll let you know if it happens again but it's hard to reliably reproduce so I won't be able to give you a definite answer in the affirmative.
I haven't tried cocoonjs but if everything is working correctly you should be getting the same performance cost for both options.

Incompetech.com has some really good music which can go well in video games. If you are in a hurry, something like that is probably the way to go.
What exactly are you asking for hep with? We can't really make the game for you. Are you familiar with the engine? Have you followed the beginner's tutorials?
