Agree limits are too high ... I'd rather go to use MMF2) Where by the way, the exporters in the open access allowed ...

    ?

MMF2 with logo is about $100 USD.

MMF2 Developer is over $300 USD.

    Construct2 is $32.

MMF2 has no HTML5 exporter. I understand they tried but didn't get close to what C2 has at this time, believe me I waited for over a year. I then started coding everything by hand then I found C2. And wow (queue the "Heaven's Opening Up" theme here), C2 even at it's beta was the best I found.

Anyway, not sure what you're going on about how MMF2 is better. Maybe for some things but definitely not for HTML5.

I hope you find a way to buy C2 as it is a bargain compared to what I've seen out there.

    Good luck!

I personally come from MMF2, and I've left it cause of its price. The software is already expensive (I talk about the Dev version), but if you want an exporter (iOS, Flash, and android/XNA/html5/etc. to come), you have to pay, again and again...

Finally, your product with all exporters will be about $500-600... it's crazy.

With Construct 2, in using javascript, I love the easiness to make plugins and in fact, the simpleness to have more and more new usefull options added to C2.

There is no HTML5 exporter for MMF2. From what I understand, they tried but it just wasn't something that was possible for them at the time.

I do agree, on a cost level, C2's current price is a gift. Nothing comes even close.

I realy think that the early adaptor version is very cheap. And for good stuff you have to pay. It's worth it. So buy.. <img src="smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

Construct 2 is 100% affordable ( for people who live in North America like me)

i am sorry for other people who can't afford but i think that 100 event is affordable too (infinite object quantity is very affordable) if you can't buy it make a little minigame and sell it for 1 dollar or which price you like until you get the price to pay Construct

Hi New guy Here, but a oldIT guy Indeed.

The software its AMAZING, also CHEAP, BUY IT AS I DID and no worries for events or other limitations.

If his guys have our support this can be the next UNITY, they already kick gamemaker and are on a good path.

100 events is actually a lot. No game i have made so far has gone past 75 --but i make simple games ;)--

i am a student also and i tutored others for 3 weeks in order to scrap up the money to transfer to moneypak to paypal to construct...<img src="smileys/smiley11.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

anyways, with families system in construct, i think 100 events will really be more than enough

Most casual games could easily be made with under 100 events.

    • Post link icon

I agree that this software is definitely worth the money! But I do not agree a 'Great' Game can be made in under 100 events..

I agree that a game could be made in under 100 events but it wont be no angry birds :)(Referencing the popularity of angry birds)
