  • The capx I'm using is the facebook template in construct, but after I set up my app id and app secret, it tells me this "Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains."

    Any suggestions?

    I simply want to make a Facebook Social Score, so that every time anyone loses, it shows up as the actual persons score.

  • Tekniko you explain things pretty well, another question so the pop up menu is mainly for a "save me" feature, so I'm using the fly along template right now I'm pretty far into it as graphics go, just working on the game play right now. So the save me feature is basically whenever the player dies, a pop up menu comes up and it says "Save Me!!" or whatever, and then the user can either decide to press it to save them or not after 5 seconds lets say the menu then disappears. How do I do this?

  • Tekniko Thanks a bunch! Yeah I do already have a way for my character to die. Okay, I kind of wanting a movement of it popping up though like it comes from the bottom of the game into the game. Would I have to use the sine behaviour for that?

  • Okay guys so you know how some games, when you die it has a pop up menu asking you if you want to be saved, to continue playing where you died from? I want to do that, that's it. If you can help it'd be really appreciated. Thanks so much!

  • As simple as it sounds, I don't know how to do this. Been trying for hours now. How can I cause the game to change layouts when the player collides with another object? Let's say, Game -> Menu then it shows the scores and etc but that's for another time Thanks a bunch if you can help

  • Hey LittleStain, I'm using the fly along template they gave me, so the exact layout size and everything. How do I figure out how many pixels in my game is a meter, I mean it doesn't need to be that realistic does it? is this how jetpack joyride does it

  • Okay so I have my fly along coming along, no pun intended. I want to have the distance shown measured in meters like how jetpack joyride has it.
