If I draw a room with the tilemap object, is it possible to change the tiles that are used in a random way? In effect - change wall tile 1 for wall tile 2 or 3? Thanks.

usman Haq - yes, this was an old question.

Spriter is modular animation. You can put a skeleton in your creations to control movement. Once you have them animated, you can leave them modular or export them as separate frames. Spriter is an awesome program. I've done all of my animations with it.

Cocoon.io only added around 6mb to my game size.

XDK performance has always been poor after export as far as I've seen except for this version which still has orientation and audio problems: http://www.mrchay.com/projects/HTML5toAPK

I've had much better luck with cocoon.io though it can take some time to learn how to export properly. http://cocoon.io/

I don't think it will matter performance wise. Organization wise, it seems like it's probably a good idea to have multiple event sheets once your project gets a certain size - it can help to compartmentalize things. Sounds like you're already doing that to some extent with groups which is a good practice.
