  • It would help somewhat if you mentioned details like Windows and Java versions. I know that some versions of Jave are not fully compatible with each other.

  • Arima based on what I read on this thread, I think you've made the right decision. I didn't see the original, but I have seen these kind of stuff for years (decades, more accurately) and it's not only illegal to post some stuff, but it's also unpolite as hell to post that kind of stuff onto official support forum of program.

  • Scirra is essentially 2-man operation, so they aren't available on 24/7 support. I can't give any estimate of their schedule, but I'd expect reply in couple days,

  • fass.. the problem is your windowse-emulator. It's not fast enough to run those games proplerly.

  • About the only reason I'll see for calculations like that could be on generating some kind of list of all possible actions at the turn on a Game. That is there are numerous cards with different costs (or units with different movements) and the algorithm is trying to maximize the effect gained with certain point value.

    Anyhow.. those can become quite big/slow quite easily..

  • I'm quite sure C2 can do it. At the same time C2 is a lot more generic and open package than those 'adventure building kits' so you can expect to need to effort to make it happen.

  • If you can't make a code.. draw some kind of schema with more details of what you are trying to do.. I'm quite sure someone here will be able to fill in the blanks.

  • Thanks.. Looks really nice and useful. Landscape variant is really good to have too. 4:3 and 3:2 are typical aspects of photographs, the 16:9 is often used on videos, and nowdays also on many phones.

  • For the second one.. Please upload your example .capx to somewhere to be seen (like dropbox). It's nearly impossible to comment without seeing the original problem. Especially if there's some mistake (or logic fault) at the event code, it's mandatory to see the files and be able to run them on one's own PC.
