[R160.2] tilemap debbuger bug

Bug shows on every file with tilemap so you can use file from

Construct 2\examples\Tilemap.capx

Steps to reproduce:

1. Debug layout

2. Press on Tilemap in Inspector

Observed result:

I tested this with Firefox 27 .. and it gives:

""Javascript error!

TypeError: this.quads is undefined

localhost/Tilemap_plugin.js, line 1531 (col undefined)""

Should be fixed in the next build.
