There's a step-by-step instruction in my first posting, and a link to a video, where you exactly can see, whats the problem ...
But let's start from beginning and make a new try (and, as always, sorry for my english):
Problem Description
Hot-Spot of Text (Drop Shadow) Objects are not been saved, when duplicate on other layouts!
Attach a Capx
Here is a CAPX
Description of Capx
Two layouts.
In the first the Text (Drop Shadow) Object has the Hot Spot in the Center as i set in the properties.
In the second layout the Text (Drop Shadow) Object has the Hot Spot on Top-Left, but in properties it's still set to Center.
Steps to Reproduce Bug
- I create an Text (with Drop Shadow) Object on any layer.
- I set the Hot Spot from Top-Left to Center.
- When I duplicate this object in the same frame (ctrl + drag the object) the Hotspot still be centered.
- When I duplicate this object to another frame (drag it from the Project-List) the Hotspot is Top-Left - but in the Properties-View still shown centered
