    I'm trying to use Windows Live Tile on Windows Phone 8.1. How can I add/change the text on the tile? I tried to check a global variable and depending on the result it would show a different text.

    For example:

    System | Level02Available = "yes" -> Windows8 | Set text live tile template TileSquareBlock (2texts) with text "New level available:" and "Level 02"

    But It didn't work. It doesn't show any text on the tile.

    What I suppose to do to make it work?

    I have a issue on WP8.1. The BG music is skipping, sometimes just stops or doesn't play at all. I tried different kbps (96, 128, 160), but the issue stills there. It's working just fine on Windows Desktop. And sometimes the SFX is complete off with no reason. The issue is only on mobile.

    I'm still looking for a Solution for Nvidia Shield since the normal gamepad object doesn't work. Maybe there is some trick like on the GameStick.

    Are you using the normal C2 Gamepad object or is there something else? I tried the Gamepad object on Nvidia Shield and Gamestick, but it doesn't work. I'm looking for a solution for an Android Gamepad Devices (Ouya, Gamestick, Nvidia Shield and so on). Does Ouya has a input system like a console gamepad (working on the normal C2 Gamepad Object) or is it Android based like other Gamepad based Android Devices? If Ouya has an Android based inputs, I would love to know how did you do this.

  • Guys, I know you are trying to find things on the project that are freezing the game. But I'm quite sure it is something related on C2 or Node-Webkit. Yesterday I let my game running for 11 hours to see if it was stable using the new C2 version. The game is running way better than a 2 weeks ago, but sometimes it is still freezing. Two weeks ago my game froze twice during A MAZE in Berlin, and it was consuming more than 2 GB Ram after a couple of hours running. Now the memory leak is over, the game is way more stable (it still freezing, but way less than before), and the only difference is that I'm using the new C2, but my project is exactly the same. I didn't change anything.

    I'm really concerned about it because I'll publish this game and I have no clue what is happening. And it looks like a lot of people is having the same problem, that is even more scary. I could launch the game with this "small issue", but isn't something good at all. I'm talking with Ashley since a while about this problem, but so far looks like there is no way to fix it and there will be tons of C2 projects freezing around without fix. This is really, really bad!

  • Ashley, it looks like there are more people having the same freezing problem. Could it be garbage collection or something after the Node-webkit exporter on windows?

    Katala, not only on multiplayer games. Imagine a single player match and you are jumping or trying to do something, but the game froze for 5 seconds. It's really, really bad.
