    Loved this game :)

    I had some problems, on the second time I played I couldn't jump. I had to refresh the page. All the times I played it happened.

    The animation, if you jump again when you are jumping, it restarts a bit, I guess. It happens something that seems it wasn't supposed.

    The music's fantastic, it completes the enviroment of the game. Way cool. You should gives us the mp3 to listen :)

    I did enjoy too those pixeled clouds, nice touch.

    The only thing I think you could get better is the jump system. For example, when you stop pressing the Space Bar the Character could stop jumping as well.

    The jump could last only the time the player presses the space bar. This way it would be possible to control the 'air time' (as long as you set a maximum jump arch) and it would give opportunity to do small jumps, which would come in handy.

    If press several times on the space bar, santa will drop various gifts. It was the only I could get 4 in the score :)

  • It's a peculiar idea to use C2 to build, but graphically I think you can do much better than this very white version :)

  • It has no sound at all and sometimes the balls fall aside the guitar, not in the strings.

  • Nice game, it remind me some games of the Pong ages.

    I found a bug on a level that a Player couldn't get do the Wrap on the left because it was a platform there.

    Personally I find the acceletarion and desacceleration a bit annoying. Could be a bit steadier in my opinnion.

  • I done it by coding this:

    Player On collision with Enemy > Player Set Platform vector Y - 150

    The value depends on your physic world values.

    Trial & error situation :)

  • The first game I did was unbeatable. I alone had lots of troubles to pass the first level; I show that to casual gamers and they all said "this is impossible, I don't like this way".

    So as I was bluring the level of their pleasure was rising... In the end it's an option we have to do.

    It's like, for example, infinite lifes vs fixed number of lifes?

  • In my oppinion here's some ideas to get a best user usage.

    Guide lines (like in Photoshop) could be very usefull when designing a level.

    A grid. Although C2 has the "snap to grid" option it doesn't have a visible grip per se. That could also come in handy in certain situations.

    Among "Z order" and "move to layer" we could also have Select Sprite (above, down, etc). When having different sprites, sometimes it's difficult choosing the last one when's various above him.

    When the Player's scrollTo, there's too much 'empty' space beneath him. for nothing.

  • I have some doubts about the ScrollTo, maybe you could help me as well.

    When we insert the ScrollTo on the player, he will be exactly on the center of the screen.

    Is there any way to set another location for him.

    I would like my Player to be a bit down on the Y axis, instead in the center line of the screen.
