Every Cutscene from Diablo 2 and 3 was great! I love this diabolic shi*^^
What I remember as well are the great funny cutszenes in "Z". Stupid robots!
Not really thought about this before, but first one's to spring to mind are:
Onimusha intro
Golvellius ending
Resident evil Code Veronica X intro
Demon's Souls intro
All ZX Spectrum games as they loaded (they plotted a picture, that was coloured at the end) so cool...
Intro scene for Trevor in GTAV - SO over the top, and felt like the real beginning of the game, even though one needs to play for quite a few hours before he's "unlocked."
The Walking Dead, every fu***** single one. Jesus this was some emotional down and even more down...
Some additions
Most memorable part is the cannon loading animations
Last trailer that got me hyped.
Shadow of the Colossus intro... if I think about it, the whole game is like one epic cut scene,
Devil May Cry, original, the intro, and talk with demon spider.
Besides that , you've mentioned most of it.
For me it's Final Fantasy 6's opera scene, up to and including Ultros.
megatronx, Oh yes, you are absultely right about Shadow of the Colossus. Haha that was one unique game experience! Really made me feel like I was the character in game, more so than any other games. I only wish they would do a shadow of the colossus 2.
I remember command and conquer (pc 1995) was a real eye opener - just watched now on youtube (
) and I am sure it was better back then !
Oddworld games back on the playstation 1 (I will not look them up on youtube ...)
Timesplitters anyone ?
A lot of scenes from Metal Gear Solid.
I recently talked to a buddy about the eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeendless beginning of "Half Life"... good ol memories!

Totally agree with the Oddworld cut scenes. The entire time, I wanted to laugh but I felt bad for those poor little Mudokons. I also want to give a shout out for all the Diablo, Starcraft and Final Fantasy scenes already mentioned. I loved the stories portrayed by these games.
Just to add 1 more: Vampire the Masquerade. When the main character becomes a vampire. I couldn't help but think about the pain he was going through becoming the very thing He had spent his life fighting to destroy and learning that vampires were not all the monsters he thought they were. It was that early cut scene that makes that game such a fond memory for me (that and being able to grab any bystander and bite into their neck for a little refreshment ).
I can't believe I forgot about the Half Life opening...
