Download 0.98.7 now!
Construct 0.98.7 has been released, fixing some of the problems in the 0.98.6 build. Don't forget you can help Construct too! Contributing to the Wiki documentation or donating via the main page helps support Construct.
Here's the changelog:
Behaviors
Event Sheet Editor
General
Layout Editor
Picture Editor
Plugins
Runtime
As usual it's a solid changelog ... especially considering how quick the turnaround was from the 0.98.6.
W00t!!!!1 edit: why do you always announce new builds in general rather than announcements??
The announcements forum is locked. But this thread is not just for announcing the release, it's also for people to discuss the new release.
Great to see the sprite icons now automatically update!
good stuff!
hip hip hurray!

Unfortunetly my english might not be good enough to write any documentations, and i haven't good much money aither ( altho i would gladly donate if i would have enough ), but i did a small construct announcement on gamedev.net . Hope that this will mater even a little and will help construct gain more adiance
One step closer!
Sorry to say families still are messing up for me tho...
Good update...but this bug is still: click here for bug's info
Well done!
newt, can you post an example of what's wrong?
patryk1303: bugs marked as 'open' mean they are not yet fixed, and are awaiting a developer's attention (there are currently 91 other reports open...)
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
- [FIX] Physics: Hotspots are now considered (however the motion will still be from the centre of mass)
what do you mean?
Hmm, is it just me or does the app always crash if you select two events and copy / paste them into another event sheet? It's reproducable.
Don't forget to post it to the tracker. (Click "Add New Artifact")
thats bug from the older build. i've added it to the tracker some time ago
Ok but don't laugh at my crappy event sheet...it's a mess

Whats happening is I'm creating a bunch of random objects using the random pick on families.
Somehow in the process they keep being placed above other objects... z order wise.
