This should be easy to do mechanicaly, C2 has the capability. However, there is some hardcore math going on in the background there, especially if you are using a 2D engine!

I use webstorage just to remember what level the player is up to. All you need is the action "set local value" and then the webstorage expression "webstorage.localvalue()".
Sorry, I can't help you. It would probably be best to remove custom plugins before you upload the capx as not everyone will have what you have.

As far as I know there is no easy way to do this. Your best bet is probably to match up the edges first, then work from the outside in.
It probably will soon, but it will just be a HTML5 Wrapper. A proper .EXE exporter will probably never come.
Yeah, unfortunately any problems you may have are exclusively the browser's fault. C2 does its best to make up for it, but the browsers really lag behind.
