4. I haven't played around with this a lot, but I think phonegap or appmobi have some of these features.

I have not used GameSalad but from what I have heard you do not get near the freedom you get in C2.

Your best bet is to put the 'rollers' on the car itself and not the track.

You shouldn't need to add any 'extra gravity' or anything at corner points - Unless box2D doesn't take centripetal forces into account (I'm not sure on this one)

Yep, this is very good news.

The only thing I'm worried about is the lack of webgl on some windows computers without that extra exe installed.

Hey, you should have PM'd me and I would have been happy to help you out!

Basically, everything is on one big layout. There is an object called 'camera' which is invisible and has the scroll-to behavior.

There are objects called camera-zones which are basically big rectangles (same size as window size) that frame every area I want the camera to go to. They can be at any position or angle.

Then when the appropriate button is pressed, I make the camera's x,y, and angle lerp to the x,y, and angle of the appropriate camera zone.

(If you don't know how to lerp, there's an explanation in the FAQ).

even if minify is not activated, the code is still awful to read and uncommented.

There's probably not much Scirra could do about that however as (I think) from the start it was never the intention for the exported code to be readable or editable.

Yes, Kongregate does support HTML5 games.

However don't expect to make much money. I have about 5000 views and $5.
