I want to use a spring to simulate an elastic tether.

What I did is just try a single spring. Seems I need both objects to have physics enabled.

One of the objects has car behaviour. Now when I steer BOINK the car shoots off like it hit something.

I set inmovable in the physics behaviour of the car and it still does it. What gives?

the same people made a 3D modelling program (quel solaar) and a server (verse) for collaborative modelling using said program.

For the life of me I couldn't figure the thing out, even reading tutorials. Very awkward.

Blender adopted Verse btw, when I tried it first it was very alpha, but I did paint a texture in another program with live update in Blender. Cool bananas.

I loved every single GTA game I ever played. Haven't tried 4 yet. Looks beautiful, hope it won't dissapoint.

Saints row looks like GTA with ZANY CHARACTERS, which I kinda hate. I'd give it a try though.

Using a dummie sprite might be doable,but the fact is it would require a lot of labor just to get it to work, and you would almost double the amount of objects used.

Just use one single dummy sprite and have each turret spawn an instance for it's own usage
