No offense but it sounds like your trolling at this point. Why not take sometime to put your ideas in order and then come back with suggestions that are well thought out and make sense.

IIRC the hash table saves out values after running them through a hashing algorithm so they are not human readable. What are you trying to accomplish so maybe we can give you some alternatives. Judging by what you asked for I would say the .ini object is a good start for you.

Im using the RTS movement to make an AI and for some reason it will not navigate around solid objects it just keeps running into them. I was just wondering if this is a common bug or if its just a problem I am having.

Try using layouts for each one you can make new layout by clicking in the project tab under layout and right clicking insert new layout.

when I make stuff I usually use photoshop and 3dstudio max, maybe flash if its easy to do in vectors. I know a few people use GIMP and paint.net as well. any of those are good choices.
