  • I've tried giving a go to thise test games on the wii, but they didn't load at all which makes me wonder will it ever be possible to run them on a console. Anyone made a PS3 test maybe?

  • I completely agree. Just look at Minecraft

  • Huge, huuge possibilities, and not just for games. Web apps, page elements, etc.

    That's what I'm hoping for

  • I always wanted a software that would let you make 3d games, with loads of assets and w/out any scripting coding knowladge... but not 3d game maker... so i gues this never happens XD

I'm not getting in to this conversation about weather C2 should be free or not - because it shouldn't

  • Thankx. Will check out the utube vids. Any other games like action adventure or fps?

  • They just don't care anymore. They suppose to give up supporting xp at the end of 2010, thougth I'm still getting live updates.

  • Hi,

It is going to be wierd request. I'm currently working on some project that involves collecting data on modern games ( eventualy films ) with bad, boring or average soundtrack. And because I don't have a next gen console or great laptop to be up to date with games, I'm asking you for advice to point out those. I need only a few.

    Thanks guys n girls

  • The alpha early-adopter licenses are marked down considerably to reflect the fact it's an early stage. Also, I repeat the point: assuming we release regularly enough, which we plan on doing, testers get to use the fully-featured software indefinitely for free. What more can we do? Should we pay them to test it for us when we have no money?? I can't see what more we could offer or do for our users. Obviously the transition to free + open source to closed and licensed is a painful one. But I think we've gone out of our way to offer good deals despite this. Can you describe what's unfair about the deal so far and what would be a fairer deal?

Go for it guys. I'm already spreading a word about its multiplatform browser html 5 compatible exporter to my geeky friends and they are amazed, and are going to look more in to it for the possibilities that come along with it.

  • > I would like to see layouts in the near future, but mostly because then I could whip up a website in construct pretty easily....

    >

Yeah I know, all that stuff I learned for css positioning... out the window... happily.

    Hmmm... C2CMS...

Offtopic: If you make a site with c2 then forget about being high in google. sry

  • All those questions are basically "are we going to support multiple screen resolutions easily and efficiently?" and the answer is "yes" - there's certainly room for plenty of improvement over 0.x there.

    Sweet, thanks

  • Other: An .exe exporter is pretty vital i think. Many people seem to dislike the HTML5 exporter.

I think a html5 exporter isn't that bad for beta releases like these..

I think that html5 gaming is a great idea for indie market

  • Few questions

Will C2 have option to change the resolution on runtime?

Will there be implemented option to convert high resolution textures to low res one, keppeng the map aspect ratio intact?

Can HTML5 apps be full screened?

How C2 will handle displaing same app on widescreen and in old squary monitors - will it be adding black borders on a sides eventualy?
