    Voting is probably pointless... But for the heck of it. Here is my vote, one off payment... like it has always been. It's the entire reason I chose Construct over GameSalad & Stencyl.

  • No harm posting about it here, but your best chance to find a workaround or have them fix the issue is to probably email them at desktop-services@vmware.com or tweet them at https://twitter.com/VMwareFusion/

  • JeyDotC Thank you for the tip about making it a sub-event instead. Worked like a charm since I was just stuck with this same dilemma and wondering how to get around it. Thanks!

  • I didn't leave a written review, but I did give it a well deserved 5 stars on the store.

  • Really awesome template, I'm playing around with it right now. You've done a really great job with this.

  • Gigatron WOW! With every game creator I start to use, I eventually do a search for OutRun. I never found any results that made me feel like leaping out of my seat with excitement thinking at long last I can create that 3D racer like I always wanted to... until now! I always loved this visual 3D trick OutRun, Space Harrier, Super Hang-On, Batman Returns CD, Jaguar XJ220 and Top Gear did... there is just something about it I find more pleasing and immersive than actual 3D. And you've manage to not only duplicate the effect but taken it a whole lot further with the speed, minimal pop-up and resolution now possible... I love what I just saw!

    I'm going to keep an eye on this, as free or paid, I'm sold!

  • Until the day Construct is available for Mac (sounds like Construct 3 might be) Mac users can run it in Virtual Machines like VirtualBox, VMware Fusion, or Parallels. My game has grown to be over 80MB using about 300MB of RAM with it's 400+ events. So it's taking a while to open and export now. So figured I'd compare the free VirtualBox I'm using to the paid solutions Fusion & Parallels. The reason I'm so curious about these results is because Construct is about the only use I still have for booting up Windows so figured I'd best pick whatever is best for C2.

    I'm running Windows XP SP3 and the latest version of all 3 of these programs at the time of writing this and these were my results.

    Time to open my project:

    VirtualBox = 1min 8secs

    Fusion = 0mins 50secs

    Parallels = 0mins 27secs

    Time to export my project. (Minify Script enabled / PNG compression off)

    VirtualBox = 6mins 06secs

    Fusion = 4mins 34secs

    Parallels = 5mins 35secs

    The results are interesting to say the least. One thing to remember is Fusion and Parallels are not one time purchases, compatibility tends to break with later version of OS X that require paid upgrades to their latest versions.

  • Try Construct 3

    Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

    Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • Welcome to the future where you always have to be online for something and someone is always watching you.

    While sad that a Tetris game couldn't be better... I'd say the developers were probably given a very small budget and amount of time since Ubi knew how easy a Tetris game could be to make... and the result is this... But I wouldn't say the worst game ever... we just expect more than this from commercial games.

  • Hmm... no error for me (OS X 10.11.4), but it never seems to finish loading. The loading bar seems to just stop after the guy runs off screen.

  • Can't say I have, but since Game Dev Tycoon is what has given you a thirst for more, be sure to try out Game Dev Story for your phone.

  • 1.) Snatcher (Mega-CD)

    2.) Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II (Mac)

    3.) Final Fantasy VII (PlayStation)

    4.) Phantasy Star IV (Mega Drive)

    5.) Blade Runner (PC)

    6.) Silent Hill (PlayStation)

    7.) Phantasy Star Online (Dreamcast)

    8.) Shenmue (Dreamcast)

    9.) Guardian Heroes (Saturn)

    10.) Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition (PlayStation 4)

  • Wish we could reset the time... although I suspect there is some kind of internal game engine issue that would arise if we could, so I guess the variable trick will have to do.
