  • Are there anything common that a lot of people struggle with about Construct 2? Anything I should know before getting into it?

    Example: this other game making program I've left because I've had collision and slope problems and I haven't been able to get much help with it.

    -But Construct 2, however, I haven't encountered any collision problems, this program's really good at it, making it simple.

    So far this looks like a really good program to get into, it's straight forward and easy to use.

  • There's Dune games: Dune 2, Dune 2000, Emperor Battle for Dune.

    A game like this where I can make buildings, upgrade buildings, make turrets, infantry, etc. It's kind of top view but it's nice to see it from a bit of an angle.

    How do I make games like this?

    Is there sprites online somewhere that I can get for that particular tutorial?

    The sprites for that tutorial don't seem to be in my Construct 2 folders.

  • I'm new here to Construct 2, to start off learning how to make some platform games. Hopefully it would all work out.

    I like this game making program because I don't struggle with collisions.

    And the tutorials I've done so far are easy to learn too.

    I also have a music making and a computer animation application as well as game making so I can combine those too with this.
