  • I'd like to have 2 buttons, 1 where I can zoom in and 1 I can zoom out, if I hold down on them.

Or on a touch screen, how they can zoom in and out.

  • Good news, it has worked. I've got my game to work on android, finally.

My biggest problem, XDK didn't run: the reason why it wasn't working earlier is because I used a xdk.jnlp file, which was not the Intel XDK program.

I downloaded Intel XDK the IoT edition, and it worked successfully.

In case anyone asks, this is where I got it from:

  • Good news, I found Intel XDK the IoT edition and it worked.

  • Is there an alternative to using Intel XDK? Because this I've tried both computers, and it doesn't work on either.

-I'll try their forums, but Just in case the XDK Forums wouldn't help me.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • And I need that in order to make a game compatible.

It says "Unable to launch the application".

  • I have successfully exported my game from my PC onto the android, but I cannot run it for some reason. It's a new Android that I've just bought that works perfectly.

  • Both. Fun and money. If it's boring to make & play who would want to play it?

I'll try playing around with the games, and take note of what I like about them.

  • I know how to make a new game for android, I just need a good starting point.

What would be a good way to get started? I have everything I need, just the motivation and where to get started, an idea.

  • It worked. Thanks.

  • I don't have an android, a blackberry, an eye phone, or anything like that. I just have 3 PC computers, and 1 of them is a laptop.

-How do I make a mobile game without any of those devices? Do I need to buy one?

  • There's this one I've got with the business license, where is the tutorial online where there's a top view dessert with tanks and jeeps, and stuff. It's like a battlefield.

-Where is that tutorial? Is it around somewhere?

  • You know how when you open up Construct 2, it automatically updates itself when there's an update available?

How do I do that with the game that I am working on? So my game will update itself too if I add some updates to the game.

  • I can't, I don't have enough storage yet. How much is cloud storage per month? Because I'm planning on getting it.

  • When I try to drag any object around, it snaps back to it's original location, and it changes layers but does not move anywhere around the layout, I can't move it around.

How do I move objects around the layout?
