The Spriter plugin sounds like it was designed for this.
Kraudi I think just increasing the size of the circle would work nicely.

Just updated the plugin with a fix for vibrating crashing the app in certain regions.
This is in, check System->Save and System->Load.
OnekSoftGames using the included project is very important. Use this and copy your c2runtime.js, images, files and wav versions of the audio across.
