  • I was hoping that I could confirm the CamelCase. Mostly to for future reference here on the forums. But what happened was I restarted my commuter and the problem was gone!? Anyway, I'm just glad I don't have to go trough 719 events.

  • When I export my project (using the HTML5 export option) and it has finished the operation. The output folder is empty and after the project name it says (White Space Conflict).

    Is this a c2 thing or is it perhaps windows, either way I welcome any help on the matter.

  • Place what should be paused in a group and toggle it with the set time scale.

  • Find Brass monkeys animation software Spriter and inverstigate charactersets. They have plenty of material on you tube.

  • What a absolutely fantastic editor & shader! It took me 5 min to make the effect I were looking for and run in my project! Almost... I need it rotated 90°. I tried putting it on a separate layer and rotate it at runtime. But, yeah, that's not how shaders work any suggestions?

  • I was up all night to complete my submission to Deception Jam. It has taken me about 3 weeks to make and I, actually, think that I managed to create something that entertains! Also, It plays best on a pad.

  • Hi I'm trying to move some sprites from a layer to a global layer at run time. The sprites doesn't show in the next layout. Could not find anything about it not being possible in the manual. But you probably know?!

    It look some thing like this:

    Sprite#1 is overlapping sprite#2 move to global layer

  • Since this post is pretty quiet, I guess I was a little too specific. But I know there are many who are considering making a demo and I also know many who got Greenlit didn't make a public demo. That Extra credits show were very convincing. What was it 2/9. That is odds no one betting on no mater the quality of your game. Or, well I'm not the guy that boldly goes against statistics. Nevertheless I'm still torn.

    How many of you did a tec demo or demo of some kind to create hype for you game? and was it worth it? I guess you send some alpha or beta to reviewers but I mean publicly. Making a demo takes some time and no one I ever talked to have that. In the olden days a demo could sell me a game but hardly no one make demo any more, I guess time is a reason for that?

    In my particular case.

    I'm now working on a tutorial level for my game and was thinking, why not take this and a couple of levels and make a demo. Thanks to C2 it would not take long to make it playable from a browser and I could post it on the Arcade, Newgrounds and sites like that. It would still take time from actual development and I now ask what kind of numbers would that generate?
