  • Awesome, one of my most expected features.

In the future, will there be a smaller exe export option (with no additional 10+ MB)? And when can we expect the linux-mac export? Not that I'd use them probably, but it would make C2 even better.

  • I didn't realize how to bring up the animation properties, I assumed that it was in the sprite properdies dialog. Thank your for your help. With the screenshot, I was able to locate it :)

  • I'm making a game with r95 where I'll need to loop an animation.

In the earlier versions I'd swear I saw it somewhere, but now I can't find it anywhere..

I already did my search and I also can't find the loop property in the properties dialog..

  • I tried, it has an integrated Intel graphics card, with the newest driver (2009). I have an IBM ThinkPad T43

  • It's a bug that I've been experiencing for a while, but only on my laptop.

The tiled backgrounds do not change it's size in the editor, witch makes the editing process a bit fustrating.

    Here's a screen:

    <img src="https://dl.dropbox.com/u/16623848/Megoszt/hiba.jpg" border="0" />

I set the background size to 640x480, yet it still remains at 500x500 (default size). If I load the project on my desktop PC, it loads fine, no bugs.

    My laptop uses XP SP3 32bit, Java7 u4.

    My desktop PC uses W7 64bit, Java7 u4.

  • This is simply awesome. I love these competitions of Scirra. Let's do it everyone!

  • Thanks.

  • It seems that I would be the only C2 developer, the others will make the graphics, sounds, etc.. So that means the license I currently own would be enough?

  • Write down your short opinions about Construct 2 here to inspire (or not) the new users and the Scirra Team!

    ------------------

Here's mine: Construct 2 is the best game making software I've ever encountered. Truly awesome.

  • I bought C2 as an early adopter, and my friends and me want to develop several games (some to sell) as one group.

My question is that do we need a buisness license now (because we are an indie developer group and not a single person)?

  • I recommend using the layers. You can create an animated sprite on it or use some of the built in effects of Construct 2.

  • We're working on some EXE wrappers for the near future. Stay tuned!

    Looking forward to it :)

I'd love to publish my game as a native application.

  • Thanks a lot i?m glad you liked.

I have some doubts about the dificulty(nobody played this before)So i would appreciatte some comments about that.

    Tks

I played trough the first 10 (about) levels nearly without any effort. I'm not sure how hard can the last 30 levels be.

  • Good job :) Addicting game. I only wanted to see what is this, but found myself playing through a lot levels.. Need to get back to work..

  • back to square1... microsoft just announced continuing support for Flash in Win8 :(

I thought that with win8, Flash would finally disappear slowly...

I beleive it's nothing serious as the HTML5 support.
