Construct 2 license question

I bought C2 as an early adopter, and my friends and me want to develop several games (some to sell) as one group.

My question is that do we need a buisness license now (because we are an indie developer group and not a single person)?

You don't really need the business license until you made 5000$ of income thanks to the products you made with C2.

But each member of your development group needs to own his own license (if C2 is used on different computers).

If different people use C2 but on the same computer, you might have a business license setted to the name of the company/group (not only of one user).

It seems that I would be the only C2 developer, the others will make the graphics, sounds, etc.. So that means the license I currently own would be enough?

Yes, if only you write code and developer with c2.
