  • Did you mean that the camera is centered vertically when the player is on a platform? I can't understand what you're trying to do very well..

    If I got it correctly, you want the camera to center on the player when he hits the ground, but you want to make it so the ground stays at the bottom of the screen, is that right?

  • If you're into old-school arcade-y racing games, you should try the San Francisco Rush series. My favorite is San Francisco Rush 2049, the car even have WINGS.

  • I really wish we could have a better control of the particles in the particle object, too..

    Ashley would that be possible? Or would it be too cpu-intensive?

  • Don't forget you can still move a tiled background around by using code, too. I used MMF2 before C2, and it couldn't do that, I'm glad C2 can.

    Thanks! And WOW. What did you use to make that? Unity? It's pretty impressive! I voted for it.

    Also, it's not spamming since the thrad is about Steam Greenlight and what games we put up in there, I guess. I don't even think this should be on the Construct 2 part of the forum.

  • I've been working on a game since 2009 using Construct Classic, and last month I decided to start from scratch, but now everything's going smoothly. I decided to put it on Greenlight, since no one has to pay for anything, and it's good publicity. I'm making it with C2, this time. There's still a long way to go, but in the terms they said it would be OK to put prototypes and unfinished games on it, so..

  • I'm using GraphicsGale, and I really like it.

    But I have a question about spriter, how does one implement Spriter into C2, anyway? Using the pin behavior?

  • Maybe tapping D or A twice could make the character go into the sprinting mode.

  • I'm pretty sure that you can use it commercially, but I couldn't find any info on it either.

  • I also got a black screen. Trying messing with it for a while, but couldn't found a solution, so I gave up.

    Running Android 4.0.4 on my Motorola Defy. CocoonJS works perfectly, by the way.

    Also, just tried exporting to .exe here, but I got a black screen.. I'm sure it's because I'm using an on-board videocard though. Yesterday my GeForce 210 stopped working all of a sudden.. talk about unluck.

    Also, just to clarify, if my C2 project makes more than $5,000 I have to buy the business license from Scirra, but that's just once, right?
