Are bundled assets really ours?

I tried to search this a couple times and wasn't able to get an answer that I felt completely confident with, so:

Are the bundled assets that come with the [personal] licence edition of C2 actually, strictly speaking, ours to use?

I did see that they may only be used with C2 creations? However, does that also mean they can be used commercially within our games made in C2?

Yes you can make a commercial use of them by having them in your commercial game, as long as you made this game with C2.

Don't use them in something like your own coded engine or another game making tool.

Some partner at my company asked me to send him those assets and I don't know if I can because we paid the license to my name.

I'm pretty sure that you can use it commercially, but I couldn't find any info on it either.
