Aw man... this happens to me way more than it should...

Anyway, sorry about that, thought I read all of the first post, must of just skimmed and not realized it.

I'm not sure if this has been suggested yet, but you should use a CMS. I use Drupal, so I recommend it over Joomla, but Wordpress might offer a simpler option for your needs. Drupal is a little more complicated and requires a lot of work to look good. Drupal's better for large community sites.

If you wish to keep things simple, I guess you could stick with what you have now, though. The content is more important than the site's appearance.

no CMS. only static site dev team wants.

I figured I'd give it a go, I had to borrow some logo's and the screenshots from the other designs, hopefully that's ok.

eep! sorry to criticize, especially when i'm not having a go at this but i find the colour coordination to be off-putting =/

I don't like monochromatic color schemes, when I say this I mean too many people stick to one color and do a whole website in blue or silver. No one should be scared to add splashes of color.
