  • You mean like this palette here: http://www.colourlovers.com/palette/201778/my_best_friend

I don't like monochromatic color schemes, when I say this I mean too many people stick to one color and do a whole website in blue or silver. No one should be scared to add splashes of color.

But thanks for the honest critique.

  • I figured I'd give it a go, I had to borrow some logo's and the screenshots from the other designs, hopefully that's ok.

  • Damn. Still no "remove Hinge" in the physics. It really needs it. That way I can constantly update hinges in runtime and make a nice rope or chain.

Nice update, so far no problems!

  • Try Construct 3

  • Yeah that's why I like it. I made it pretty easy to rack up lives I think. If it's too hard you could always just change the mass of the beam.

  • Oh yeah. Pretty ambiguous. Figured I'd let people know just 'in-case'.

  • I know you! lol, Hey.

  • This was kind of an accident while I was trying out hinges. It turned out kind of cool so I made a mini game out of it. Figured you'd all like to try it out.

I can't remember my high score, but it was like 68,000.

  • No, It's perfectly fine with raster images. It was just more of an idea that I thought you may have overlooked.

  • Device name: Radeon X1600

    Pixel shader: 3

    Estimated VRAM: 358 MB

    Motion blur: Yes

Trevor is right mine is spec'd at 128MB

  • This version seems to crash quite often. The previous build was more stable.

It crashes when I go to Plugin Exchange and when I try to draw a sprite using the line tool. It also seems to be off cursor in the sprite editor now.

Love some of the improvements though.

  • I'm not sure if this has been discussed or even if it's possible - I've been recreating a thrust clone and it's turning out great. I just was hoping, for authenticity, if it was possible to add some sort of vector extension so I can make my ship a vector object. It'd be great if I could do slight zooms on it without distorting the sprite.

I'm thinking there would be many other situations that could call for a basic vector extension, even a draw line. I'm not sure if you could even make a vector sprite object in which nodes can be placed and maybe even manipulated at run-time.

I can make this game without such extension, it's greatly more an idea for something that many users can enjoy.
