  • Looks great :)

  • Awesomium is very flawed and very very slow. The latest build was actually much worse then the previous version, so I have lost faith in that project completely. I think others have too. But it's just a question of time before there is another wrapper we can use.

Yeah i agree. Never had much luck with Awesomium myself.

  • I just wanted to let you know 8BitBoy is free to celebrate Christmas!

    https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/8bitboy/eakbnhlnmaaiehobobngpgagjkedakep

    After 31st December it's $8.99 - so get it while it's free ;)

  • Thanks man, I grabbed myself a copy and voted yes :)

  • Hey thanks. it`s great. some serious qaulity for a one man operation who is down on his fortune. Has this game made any money yet?

No - especially not now it's free :)

But it has certainly startet gaining momentum in the Chrome Web Store. The amount of daily downloads almost doubles on daily basis the last week or so. So that just great to get out there and be seen. The most important thing is to make a name of myself and my game.

I will start to think about making money on it again when the user base is large enough. Lets say 100 k or so.

  • Just wanted you guys to know that I made a browser version that is totally free-to-play. It's here:

  • Congrats on this, dude!

    Excelent game!

  • Try Construct 3

  • Really cool stuff nice work.

  • WOW <img src="smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

I'm loving this. There's so many little touches in the game that harken back to the days of early platforming. The splash screen looks fantastic!

Side note: Was there a reason you decided not to use html5 web storage for the save games?

  • Awesome game.

  • You have my support. Great job.

I am using web storage for the save games. It should work fine :)

  • Hello lokesen, first of all I have to say congrats on an amazing game. I still find it funny that there are so many people quick to talk negative about a game when they have nothing to show that is anywhere near as good. Don't let the steam greenlight comments get you down. You are doing great.

Have you tried any of the mobile exporters to see how it plays on mobile divices? I haven't read the last two pages of this thread as readin on my phone is hard, especially when on the train.

On a side note I played the game on IE9 and everything worked flawlessly on my PC.

    Thank you very much.

Yes I have tried the mobile exporters, but it is a mess. The game is just too demanding atm. I am waiting on the technology to catch on and then make a mobile port.

I am also hoping for a Ouya version, the game would be perfect with the Ouya console :)
