  • Oh, Already read about this here

    "...tools like Construct 2..."

They write about us, guys )

  • tapptil, great news!

Thanks for the update, that certainly takes some of the pressure off :)

  • Great news <img src="smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

Using the emulator, somehow I got it working in landscape. (could be the deadline pressure going away.) And now the web simulator is even rotated showing landscape. (it's one of those cases where it seems different each time I try.)

    <content src="index.html"/> is present in the config.xml.

Still searching for something else that could cause red "validation failed" under "application configuration/tizen:content"

"Message: tizen:content node expected, but not found"

and do your graphics appear blurry, anyone? in the Simulator "Tizen HD graphics" it's blurry, but if I switch the Configuration to "HD graphics" they are sharp. (the title screen is full res, but reduced to fit the 480x800 size, allowing "Scale Outer" to blow it back up on the full size screen.) "Use high DPI display" in Construct2 is switched on.

  • <img src="smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> Lucky for you friends... My country not participate.

  • Oh no.. That is horrible to find out after all that work. I am sorry.

  • <img src="smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> Lucky for you friends... My country not participate.

    There is still a way <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

You can add me to your "team" and I will represent and submit the application on behalf of a team of individuals. If you are lucky enough to win I want a share of the prize... let's say 10-15% <img src="smileys/smiley20.gif" border="0" align="middle" />. This way your app can participate in the competition and I have a chance to win easy money (I will also submit my personal game as soon is validated).

    b]Can I nominate someone else's app?

You can only enter an app that you have the right to submit. In general, this means you must have developed it yourself, or have the necessary rights and permissions from the owner to submit it.

For individuals, this means you need to be the person who uploaded it to the Tizen Store. If you developed as part of a team, this means you need to have the agreement of everyone who helped that you are submitting it on their behalf. If this was developed by your company, you need to have permission to submit.

What if I'm part of a team?

Team-developed apps can be entered, but one person must act as the contact point. If the entry is awarded a prize, this person will be responsible for distributing the winnings.

What if somebody else enters my app?

Entries will be checked against the name of the submitter to the Tizen Store. If there is a mismatch, the entry may be disqualified.

    Can I enter multiple times?

You can only enter each app once. However, you can enter multiple apps.edited><editID>TGeorgeMihai</editID><editDate>2013-11-01 18:15:44</editDate></edited>

  • Waiting for the validation, hope I still can participate on the competition ;]

  • Sheepy the date of Tizen Competition has been increased to 8th December. So you can do that for sure. <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

I have one question guys can anyone let me know how to make the app deploy to Tizen Device, I got the email from appbackr and they told me to make this happen else my app will be rejected. <img src="smileys/smiley6.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

    Thanks everyone.

  • Well ... f**k <img src="smileys/smiley24.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> Again

What can I do to fix that?

  • cvp

Did you set the application to work only in Portrait Mode

  • cvp

It looks like we have to submit at HD res (720*1280).

I have this setting in Construct 2:

    <img src="https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2560922/mobiledev/forum/tizen%20validation/constructLandscapeSetting.PNG" border="0" />

And this in the Tizen IDE:
