I m trying to setup a python compiler in my construct3 project but i m stuck at how to sent the output back to construct3 from html if anyone can give some ideas it would be great.
Do we have anything similar to Ajax.OnAnyError calls, where we can check for any fetch call failures/errors? Eg: Lets say a webm fetch file call failed, can we identify it somehow?
Any help is greatly appreciated
Double checked both before posting here. we tested in two servers - one of them is a high end one.
Hello,
I am facing an issue exactly similar to this:
construct.net/en/forum/construct-3/general-discussion-7/failed-load-resource-server-158306
40% of the fetch calls to get the resources like audio and images go into error while loading the game. Reloading the game fixes this and all the resources load completely.
This happens on IOS safari in a sporadic manner.
This doesn't happen on desktop or ipad.
Could this be a worker thread issue as mentioned in the above post?
Can someone kindly help?
We are facing the same issue. Construct 3 HTML 5 games which were working earlier smoothly, started breaking on IOS 15. We know it is an IOS issue and IOS 15.5 beta addresses a lot of them. Till a fully tested version is released by Apple (which is another 3 to 4 weeks I guess), do we have any workarounds or hacks? Has someone from this community tried anything which could make Construct 3 games not break on IOS 15.4?
We have been also experiencing these same issues as of late with IOS 15.4 version also. We use both construct and unity for our Webgl games. Webgl oriented games have been showing huge problems after switching into IOS 15 for both platforms. Before that we completely tested all these games and where ready for deployment in previous versions. We managed to find a work around in Unity and is comparatively more stable now. But in the case of construct games its going berserk. Some times the sprites wont render sometimes the game works perfectly and when you reload it(browser reload) its stops working normally. If someone could provide a workaround for this issue it would be amazing. Ashley
Since this is a sporadic issue, a lot of Construct devs might not be aware of this issue yet. Looks like WEBM support for Apple is still in beta and looks like, the feature to add multiple formats of audio files is no more available in Construct. We are raising a bug with Apple for the same. Till it gets fixed (probably in another 6 months), can't we include M4A or AAC formats in our Construct 3 project for seamless audio support. Can you kindly re-enable this for the greater good till this gets fixed by Apple?
We are facing an issue with sounds (specifically BGM music) on IOS
Can some one help please?

I have to build a mobile app that could download games build with Construct 3 and run locally. Has someone solved this? Can I get some help please?
This 4 year old thread solves this issue for Construct 2. Does someone have a similar solution for Construct 3
