  • Hey guys, i�ve got another problem.

    My menu is splitted into 2 layouts, which both shouldn�t interrupt the funky-menu song, starting on start of layout1 :)

    I could handle the problem of re and restarting again, switching between menu1 and menu2, using a variable but how the **** do i let it stop?

    I want the song to stop on clicking the start game button, but it doesn�t work, neither as a music nor as a sound file.

    Please help me :)

  • Hey,

    I tried the Pin-To-Object Function for the first time today and i got it work.

    The only problem is, that the player gets incredibly slow if i add a pinned object to him.

    How can I solve that?

  • It just displayed "text" but now I solved it.

    There was no eventsheet targeting the layout, silly me :D

  • Hey friends,

    can you please help me?? I have about 6 global variables and I need to find out which is the biggest at the end of the game.

    Is there any other possibility than

    Variable 1 > Variable2 --> do this and that

    Variable 1 > Variable3

    Variable 1 > Variable4

    Variable 1 > Variable5

    Variable 1 > Variable6

    that is not necessary I guess, perhaps someone got a hint for me :)

  • sounds pretty clear now :) but what is the expression to check which variable is the biggest?

    Aren�t there just >< and equal ?

    If there is not an expression, this would be lots of events to calculate right^^

    Or can i check more then one variable?

    Variable MachineGun > than (VariablePlasmaGun/VariableCrossbow etc)

    sry for bead english, not a native :)

    I�ve got a problem :)

    I organized the weapons of my character using different animations. Works pretty fine so far. Now I want to add some gettin-shot-effects and if I use "set animation", the effect doesn�t end of course.

    Is there any possibility, to switch back to my latest animation

    like

    MachineGunAnimation -> hit-by-bullet-animation -> MachineGunAnimation

    I can�t just add MachineGunAnimation again, because he can carry different weapos while getting hit.

    I�ve got another question:)

    I use different animations for different weapons and I want to make a "favourite weapon"-info at the end of a match.

    Is there any possibility, to compare the time, the animations are playing

    like

    2min machinegun

    1min plasmagun

    etcetc...

  • Sounds good, but

    1.You can be hit by your own bullets

    2.There are some obstacles that also spawn bullets/hurt you

    So I guess, it�s necessary to count the exact objects created by player or player2 and if they hit the enemy (add+1 to accuracy variable)

    I thought about counting clicks to get the number of bullets shot, but some of my weapons have delay time, so it would increase the rate even he doesn�t shoot.

    Any ideas? :)
