  • Apologies all, we've increased monitoring on the website. It happened again this morning, and I issued a patch this morning which I beleive has fixed the issue. It seems to happen between 1am - 3am our time, so I'll stay up and check it tonight to make sure it doesn't happen again and confirm the fix worked.

  • Please logout the editor and back in again, this should clear the issue. There's a small bug here am working on fixing.

  • We've just moved to a new billing system for new plans which doesn't correctly detect if you have a C3 license on some parts of the site, this will be fixed in the next update. (The launch button will show again for anyone in our old billing system).

  • Yes, currently only subscriptions created by our support team or new subscriptions as of yesterday will be in the new system. I'm working on migrating all other plans over. (FWIW renewal emails should be being sent out for old plans).

  • Apologies, we've migrated some old plans over to a new system and it's triggered renewal emails when it shouldn't of. You can ignore these emails.

  • It's something we've wanted to do but is a little complicated. We might look more into this this year.

    All offered services/support remain the same. Although officially we don't offer extended support via email, if you're really stuck we can sometimes offer help/advice if we have the spare time.

  • Animate is a separate product. If you only have a Construct 3 plan, Construct Animate is not included.

    I haven't seen an email from you recently, we don't ignore any emails.

    As per the sellers terms and conditions, we offer payouts via Stripe + Paypal only. We do not offer other cashout methods.

    Your cashouts are being denied by Paypal, this is an issue with your Paypal account and you need to contact them.

  • Under the products menu is a "Launch now" link if you own a license, this shows "Free trial" if not.
