  • So what should I do?? I can't pay from Russia. Using a US card at US rates is too expensive for me.

Just to be clear, if you have an international card that works, you simply need to enter your actual billing address, then there will be no problems with your plan.

If we see a US card buying a plan in Ethiopia, with heavy usage in Russia, it's going to flag your plan up in our system and we'd want to see evidence you do actually live in Ethiopia.

  • Let me clear up some misconceptions here.

We've never stopped anyone from Russia buying from us, however our position has been we ourselves will not offer alternative payment methods. This is detailed here and was posted back in 2022:

dkgamedev2, we've recently implemented a system for extra checks on plans. It seems you have been flagged by this system because you've been purchasing our Turkish plans even though it's clear from your usage you are not eligible to purchase these plans and have misrepresented your billing address. We are aware of some guides in Telegram and other Russian communities specifically showing users how to purchase plans from other countries (specifically Türkiye) to save money. This is now now longer possible.

You are welcome to purchase a plan if you have a payment card that works, but if you continue to misrepresent your billing address your plan will be suspended until the difference is paid.

Deactivating the accounts of Russian developers is quite harsh. It’s not their fault that they are under sanctions and have to pay for a C3 license through other countries.

For clarity, we're not de-activating Russian accounts because they are Russian, we are deactivating the plans that have wilfully misrepresented their billing region (mainly Türkiye, Nigeria and Ethiopia) to save money. We send warning emails before hand, and we give ample opportunity to pay the difference and continue using the plan but many choose not to.

  • You’re right, this does look off. I’ll review this on Monday.

  • This is caused if there is no c3runtime.js or c2runtime.js, or possibly if there are multiple files with these names.

If you did export for Construct arcade, can you email me a copy of your export to support and reference this forum post and I can take a further look.

You said you were using a hack that no longer works. We do not allow discussion of hacks on this forum.

If you're unable to purchase Construct due to restrictions in your country, I'm afraid there's nothing we can do to help and our policy is to not offer additional payment methods.
