Anyone who sends you ANYTHING without a written contract is a complete idiot.

If this guys comes off telling you guys "He needs to evaluate it first" be sure to watermark EVERYTHING before you send it to him. Do not give them any source files. Make sure you select to minimize your exported scripts. They should not need any of this stuff before you sign a contract with him.

The web preview can be hosted on your dropbox or somewhere else. It is just needed to test the game / app and see if it works and has no violating content.

burningcake I already have a dev account on google play but the problem is very less downloads. So do you guys publish free games or paid ones? How much do you guys charge and how do you benefit from it?

as i stated earlier and on my website post it is FREE for you and we dont benefit at all. The only rule is that you can only publish FREE apps with our service.

So it is a good deal for both sides. i am happy to help ppl that have no chance to release their apps.

burningcake Can you please explain what are you guys actually do? You help publishing a game on my developer account or on yours? Do you promote in any way the game? There is always a need for new thing. You should start it without wasting a single moment as far as i think.

yeah i thought about some very basics parts and then genre specific with additions .

Example : Platformer in pixelart -> addon 1 : Double Jump -> addon2 : Shooting etc

i already did some tutorials before for other things , plus i got a real microphone for good sound quality.
