  • Thank you! Not sure how I didn't even notice that, I am disappointed in myself...

  • My game just got added to the arcade and I was hoping to put my game card into my signature. However when I tried to add it I was unable to due to it being over 200 characters. Is there anyway that I can get it in my signature without the limit telling me I can't?

  • Looks like they just have bullet and wrap behavior.

  • What do you mean by "how do I that game"? Do you want to know how to do whats in the example? Elaborate please.

  • Try Construct 3

  • Make a text object named DamageDisplay. I would give it a fade behavior with about 2.5 seconds of fade out time, also set it to destroy after fade. THEN.

Make a new event such as

    • Bullet collides with Enemy (or whatever is your attack)
    • > Create new DamageDisplay at Enemy.X Enemy.Y-20
    • > Set Text to DamageDealt
    • > Wait 2 seconds
    • > DamageDisplay start fade
  • Not sure what you mean by this. Can you elaborate on what you would like to happen?

  • Use the new grid based movement behavior.

  • Groups too

  • Yes that is isometric. Although programming it can be a tad difficult, it is possible. If you look in the arcade under example games there is an isometric thingy someone made

  • Why not just use the platform behavior? Is there a reason you are using physics instead?

  • I would definitely NOT recommend trying to make a 3D looking game in a 2D engine.

EDIT: Just looked at the link you put there. That isn't the programming making it look 3D. If you want to do it like, you need to be able to do graphics to look 3D (Although personally I dislike that example with the way it looks.)

  • Export it with the Scirra Arcade option and then upload it.

And you can't get a license without paying for it. YYou can still publish your game to places like the Arcade, Kongregate, or even your own website.

However publishing with awesomium, appmobi, etc. requires a license.
