How can I get the license without buying it? I do not have any online payment account.

My game is made by the free version, how can I send it to the board so that everyone can play?

Export it with the Scirra Arcade option and then upload it.

And you can't get a license without paying for it. YYou can still publish your game to places like the Arcade, Kongregate, or even your own website.

However publishing with awesomium, appmobi, etc. requires a license.
