WebGL is not supported by Internet Explorer, and not sure what the issue is regarding audio without a capx, but playback rate often causes weird issues in IE.
superwifibattler unfortunately the 3gs just isn't powerful enough for HTML5 games. It's recommended you only target 4 and above (I'd say 4S and above myself).
What iPhone/iOS are you using?
You can do this as an expression: Sprite.Pin.PinnedUID
It returns the UID of the object pinned to when pinned, or -1 when not pinned.
I believe the common way is to use the div module of this plugin: Pode HTML Pack.
I haven't done it myself mind.

Because if you don't have tiles you'll have giant images used in multiple layouts, all eating VRAM and taking an age to load.
Bastion uses tiles - it's pretty standard for these types of games.
