Hello Everyone,
I have a platformer that I want to move at the speed of an objects width. Sort of like and analog stick. So the wider the object the faster the platfomer will move. I have included a CAPX with a technique I ended up getting to half work but its weaksauce. It seems soooo easy but I am having trouble making this work. Any help would be appreciated.
CAPX FILE HERE!
Thanks Constructors!
Solved: I was being a noob. I am running a beta build and all my plugins are in the base build of C2. hahah thanks for the help everyone.
Thanks for the quick replies,
they are in the right folder i believe and they worked in the past. I wanted to try my spriter plugin.I have not used C2 for some time but i always grab the updates. I wonder if something has corrupted over the ages.
Hi everyone,
I cannot see my plugins when I add new object. What can cause this?
Thank you in advance.
Hi Constructors,
Can we have multiple tile maps? I have a secondary tile map and it keeps getting erased. Just wondering if this is an impossibility.
GG really hard but I found it fun. Excellent execution.
The problem is picking the door with the same variable number.

How would you guys approach having multiple portals?
I have my guy if he is overlapping portal A pick portal B with same instance variable which i call portalNumber then send guy to that portal b. This sounds easy enough but it doesnt work for me. Any ideas?
Hi everyone, I have a portal door when on collision with the player the player warps to a second door with the same number var. For some reason doors with the other variable numbers don't get warped to. Some this is wrong with my events of course. Does anyone see what is wrong? Thanks for your help.
How do I detect when exiting a collision? I have a guy walk into a door and I want the door to close when he passes it. Thanks in advance!
