  • Hm.. i stopped using Chrome because of that "laggyness" i used to get when running my test capx's.

And also all the information directly to Google.. Didn't like that either, hehe.

Firefox is good enough for me atm.

  • Hey i wanted to ask if this is the most efficient way to create a bar with my skills or if there is a shorter way or better way:

I need the player to be able to switch spells on his bar by drag/dropping them else where.

    <img src="http://dl.dropbox.com/u/53738503/example%20Fireball.png" border="0" />

Notice how i used two different Drag/Drop behaviors. Are they equally good?

    Edit:

Whoops, little mistake in the example picture :) Ignore the Double "Skill fireball" that i seem to have Pasted. Only Skillfireball in the first and Skilliceshards in the second.

  • Ty, i look it up :D

  • Yeah sure, this wasn't about efficiency on the money level <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

The memristor.. gotta look it up ^^

  • This is Sooo Cool ! It will save me massive amounts of MegaByte !

I wonder why i can't open the .obj files in Blender...

    Keep this up <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> I all most started drooling when i saw this

  • I like this community, so i figured i ask here as well since i have spotted a Avatar that looks like the Python logo :p

I need to install some stuff for Blender to use this:

    Awesome

    To rigg my Models.

I saw some tutorial on this, (a bad one obviously) And it said i need to Download Python so i can use Mixamo..

The Tutorial is here.. But i don't understand it :/

  • I think if they could figure it out, they would do it :)

But since it would need to be on a mechanical level.. They need to find some material that can be in several states more than "on/off" i guess.

Yeah that was my only problem with the idea 2 ^^

But i figured.. you knoooow.. Wing it xD

    Thx for replies ^^

It doesn't matter at the moment anyway, I have all hands full learning Blender at the Moment :)

  • Thanks for the Input and all the great links :) I love me some Brain Improving

  • Imagine what we could do with a third or even a forth state.

Yeah that was my Though ^^

  • Hey i am wondering why i can't call Objects and Variables numbers?

Example: I can call a Sprite 001a but not simply 001.

And Variables can't be called numbers at all...

    Why is that?

Was thinking of working on a -Save -Load mechanism similar to WC3 Orpg Maps.

  • (My topic got deleted by a Scirra Error -_- So i keep it short this time)

Instead of using a long string of 010111101010101010101

Why not use 3D space ?

Got the idea by thinking of my favorite movie, The Matrix!

Instead of 0/| why not use a variety of symbols in a 3dimensional space.

The information strings would be much shorter - thus faster.

I am probably looking at it from a to mechanical perspective.

Being a Biology Nerd, i think of it like the Neuro-connections in the brain.

The only problem i see is that 0/| are "Off" and "On" on the mechanical level of a computer, and unless we find several other states to be in, this wont work.

    Your thoughts please :)

If you know what this stuff is called, please tell me so i can research it.
