Hey guys! Did my first Construct tutorial and it was really easy to pick since I started with GS. (So far it looks much better in terms of functionality and features.)

I'm trying to start a fresh project with Construct 2.

I THINK I got the paid version for free, because of a promotion that was done last year that involved PRO GS members at the time getting a free version of construct 2. Is that right? If so then my next question follows.

It seems I can only set it to HTML. How do I set it for iPad/All devices?

I see iPhone/All devices in the left tab and HTML only at the top of the screen.

Hey guys so i'm fed up with GS bugs.

I wanna come over to Scirra but it took me like a year to get a grasp of GS and feel confident. I was giving them a fair go, but today such a simple bug just made hell on my project and I can't take it anymore but my game was supposed to be out this month!!! :(

If anyone would be kind enough to add me on Skype and give me a quick Noobs Q&A tutorial via screen share that would be so appreciated.

Does construct use any 3rd party stuff like Lua? Someone was talking to me about it but we're not sure.

Is there anything at any point with publishing that it uses something else or is this software all hard code?

Hey all!

I'm currently a GS user and first I would like to state that this is not a GS promotion whatsoever. Construct looks a lot more powerful then GS at this stage and i'm trying to decide whether I should make the jump or not.

I would love it people could give me info on all the Positive but Negative things about construct as well.

Even a GS v Con comparison if anyone here is a former GS user.

I would also like to ask if anyone here has made a Turn Based RPG? I want to start a Turn based RPG in the new year and make it like no one ever has before! I've spent so much money just on prototype design so far.

Wondering whether it would be wise to make the jump or stick with what I know.
