Then your best bet would be to fire a bug report about this and contact Ashley with your .capx.
If I remember correctly there is a trigger for when the loading is completed. Try using that instead of the loadingprogress = 1 condition.
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
As far as I know leaving non-moving objects pinned should not make an impact on your performance. I thing you are better off optimizing your game in other ways. These are worth a read:

I don't think that you can release something that can bypass the license limitations. However, I like your project, and I wish you good luck for this ambitious hobby.

i saw this in another forum of a different engine but sounds a really good idea (to me of course). is it possible construct 3 to be also like a plugin in another engine? i mean for example to bring your editor and event system like a plugin in unity and only for 2d.
C3 will be a standalone editor, not a plugin. I think Ashley wrote that in this topic to answer similar questions.

If I were you, I'd make a prototype based on Triforce 's suggestion and tilting your phone to walk left or right to see how it feels to play.
I don't really understand your question. Do you want to copy a game? Or do you want to find a good beginner's example?
Thank your for the usual summary post. I always find things in it that I missed.
Jumping should be triggered, not called by an event that can be true continuously. Try using "On tap" or "On any touch start" trigger events.
