  • Hi justifun im so sorry for late response, i was unable to get connected to internet lately... well i reviewed plugin functionality and for me it works good... you refers to changing edge docking during runtime, or do you mean set the edge in the editor and on start of layout its fails to dock object?... or maybe you could send me a .capx with the fail... ¿did you dowloaded the last version?

    Edit: i forgot mention this, this plugin takes always the the last position of object as reference for docking and saves it internally, so when you disable the behavior its returns to that last position. If you sets param "keep size" to Enabled, the object wont be resized when docking and its will move to the chosen edge using actual coordinates as reference, e.g. if you docks to right and object is currently positioned at x=100, y=200, and have width = 100 and height = 50, will dock to the right at same Y coord in this case 200, and will have x = viewportrigth - width.

  • Hi justifun, yes sure, it is possible to add an optional param to tells Dock not to stretch the object, so just fits it to the chosen screen's edge instead, let me review the behavior code and make the changes and so then i'll post the new features...

    cjbruce: Thanks, well i started to coding plugins just recently so that plugins was needed a lot for me, also a long time ago, that was my motivation to make my own docking plugin. i hope this still be helpful for you.

  • Hi Follder22, at this still working around collision polygons, i can`t figure out how to they get work properly... but coming soon i will release a beta without custom collision polygons, just bbox default collisions.

  • This is another plugin what i'm working right no. Some time ago i was looking for a plugin which could draw a circle, a plugin just to draw circle, and was when i noticed that this is a lack in C2, a primtive to draw shapes, simple shapes, well i know there is Polygon, but too complicated for my fast needs, so i created Shape which simply draws shapes, circles, boxes, n-polygons and soon n-stars, and another shapes i hope... , by now some a screen shot about Shape can do.

  • This is a sneak peak of my recently work in particles and effector plugins, this couple of plugins are 1. ExtParticles, a wrap of vanilla Particles to create new incredible effects, like thunders, and this is possible using the 2. PfxEffector, which is used to affect the single particles emitted by the other plugin.

    You could be able to create nice fire effects, spirals and all you can imagine, those which were unable to be done with old particles, even particle collision using helpers. Those plugins form part of a big future project of mine, called "Animate", which we could even add animation based on keyframes, i know there is a plugin what does it, Spriter, but Animate will go further, not only will be able to add keyframe animated sprites, you could create complete animated entities, like characters, special effects, interactive scenary and more. C2 will never be the same when i introduce Animate, by the moment there is an preview how much progress in both particle effectors plugin and basic animate, visit this link to see some examples of new features.

  • Hi! There is another of my plugins, this time a behavior, which i decided to do because i was unable to get work the vanilla Anchor even rex-anchor mod never worked for me, i dont know if those behaviors works for you, well i made my own docking plugin and this one works nicely.

    Docks, works just like its name states, use this to dock objects to the edges or corners of the screen, its useful for creating UIs even you can give it some offsets so it docks using some margins.

    Changes in version 1.2:

    • Added new property (in Editor) 'Keep size' which prevents resizing when using edge docking (Left, Top, Right or Bottom).
    • Added a new action to set Keep size via runtime.

    Changes in version 1.1:

    • Added new action to setup offsets.
    • Added 4 expressions to retrieve each offset.

  • Hi everybody there is one of my recently created or modifed plugins, its a wrap of vanilla dicitonary , i added some functionality which i ever liked to have in it, so recently i was encouraged to make plugins by my self, so this is the very first one.

    The new features.

    • Now we can make operations to keys against another key, this save a lot of actions,
    • Before operating or after creating or setting we can make a data type conversion this is useful because again save actions to convert data type saved into the key, mostly when we are not sure about it data type.
    • Added a section to work with string lists, those we used to create and manage with tokenat system function, now we can manage them using keys directly. We can retrieve an item from the string list and automatically convert to an appropiate data type (integer, float, string). Delete items or change their values.

    This a beta version still so i hope this could help someone and if you find any bug or have any comments please let me know.
