I agree, realistic car behaviors can only be simulated by a physics engine. With that said, some basic improvements to car wouldn't go amiss.

It's been suggested many times and is in the works. It will allow you to create paths which an object can travel on.
I don't think it's a bug personally, though others may disagree. It pastes the object's current texture in, not taking into account other factors like angle. I think a separate option to paste it with options would be a better idea.
I think we need big flashing lights round the option, it's been publicised enough.
That could be distracting yeah, it's just lines where the application's window ends for now.
Noone here is bashing Stencyl, no need to take that image from this thread. I think it's just a discussion of the releasing methods some programs have and others don't. I personally think that releasing early to gain important feedback is vital to the success of a good product; it's impossible to know everything your target audience wants.
