  • Is there a way to ignore controls with the Keyboard and Mouse object?

    I'm using a custom movement and not the platform movement.

  • What adding ContactPoints? I heard it would be rather simple to add in. I don't know programming, so I can't do it myself.

    A contact point is a point where two shapes touch. In reality objects may touch over regions when surfaces touch. Box2D approximates contact with a small number of points.

    Not exactly what I'm talking about. My object collides with anything that is has a solid attribute.

  • Layer collision. Just wondring if it's possible to have something collide to objects in layer 1 only if it is in layer.

  • I'm using the color filter to produce a charging effect. When the charge is done, I want the character to return to it's original color. Is that possible?

  • This is what I do. I take all my objects and put it on one layer. Then in the event layout, I have an event that destroys them if they are outside the layout. It's better to do that anyway. if you have all objects out the layout, you can delete things without worrying about deleting something important.

  • I'm trying to do visual values, but it's not working out so hot. I know most of will say use the text tool, but I want to use animated values.

    I tried something like this:

    HPOnes: Set animation frame to Marisa.Value('HP')/1

    HPTens: Set animation frame to Marisa.Value('HP')/10

    HPHundreds: Set animation frame to Marisa.Value('HP')/100

    It doesn't work too well. It you stay at like 199, then when I reach 100 it would start to count down by 10s even though it suppose to go down by ones.
