Why didn't it let you post? Did it give you a reason, or an error message, or something else?
I can't see anything wrong in Chrome on Windows here, I can smoothly resize the window wider through a range of sizes and it always appears to be fine. You can file an issue on the bug tracker if you have website issues, but we'll need to know your exact browser/OS details, exactly what you're seeing, etc.: github.com/Scirra/Construct-3-bugs/issues
Yes, as the blog notes, we plan to implement all the official plugins for the new C3 runtime.
Yes, third-party plugins will need to be adapted again for the new runtime. I'm afraid there's not much way around that.
Did you try r95.2? If you still have an issue with that, please file a bug!
I mean using C3 with the C2 runtime.
Chrome supports the web worker features behind a flag, but it's not enabled by default yet, which means it's subject to change literally overnight. It's only intended for development testing, which is what we've been using it for. We'd rather wait until the feature is at least enabled by default before exposing it in C3.
Google Play, Mobile Advert and Mobile IAP are all supported in the C2 runtime. They're only not supported in the new experimental C3 runtime because they haven't been ported yet. You can already use them now if you keep using the C2 runtime.
Please ask Nintendo, it's up to them! So far they have not given us access.
It depends on the plugin. Simple ones should be easy, and complex ones will be harder. Unfortunately we have no control over third-party developers so it's entirely in their hands. This is one of the disadvantages of using third-party addons: continued support is left with a developer who may not be around in future. In the long term, hopefully everything will settle down and replacements will be found, or features made built-in instead.
Which browser are you using? It looks fine for me in Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
It looks like there's an issue with SpriteFonts in the C3 runtime, which all those projects use. You'll have to try out other projects for the time being. We should have a fix in the next release!
Yes, we'll also be backporting these changes to C2 soon.
There are instructions for installing addons in the manual: scirra.com/manual/158/third-party-addons

We do this where feasible, but the main point is all software can be affected by third-party issues, and sometimes there is no easy or quick solution.
The relevant parts of this post are the parts about making tradeoffs (making different choices would have a separate set of issues), how all software will face similar issues (you could ask similar questions of any software out there facing any issues), and the fact sometimes there is no easy or quick solution.
