    I wanted to add touch controls, so I created a new group and tried to add touch controls and there was no touch option, only mouse and keyboard, how do I get the touch option, I want it badly for my game! Plz help me

    Have you inserted the Touch object into your project?

  • If you are experiencing such performance with all the templates, then something is definitely amiss with your system, regardless of what GPU you have.

    The majority of the templates should have a negligible impact on most systems.

    Is it the latest stable release - r212.2 - that you are using?

    That $25 you bilked from me just bought you guys a bunch of bad publicity. I hope it was worth it . If you would have been cool with me, I would have done a bunch of free SEO work to bring people to my page, and to your store in turn.

    Instead I am going to have a nice long chat with my credit card company tomorrow , so you guys don't get the $25 reward for screwing with me.

    They have a clause about customers not receiving things that they payed for. They also put people on black lists if they have to back-charge them from too many fraud claims.

    If it is successful i am going to post it on every game community forum i belong to so when people google "Scirra refund" they will be able to see this method of recovering what was bilked from them.

    I am a new user, just registered and downloaded Stencyl for the first time

    Wrong software.

    I have the GTX 970 and the 'Flapping Bird' template runs fine.

    Try it on a different browser.

    Try disabling all Firefox addons.

    Looks like it's time to call, — Ashley, Tom, Kyatric and let them decide.

    Threads such as these serve little purpose, in reality.

    You will need to follow the bug reporting guidelines - supply a minimum .capx and precise instruction, etc - or this will likely be closed automatically by Ashley.

    Are you using the 'Export to Scirra arcade' option?

    If yes, then maybe tagging Tom in Website Issues might be an idea.

  • Have you checked for erros in browser console?

  • That export option was deprecated a long time ago. However, deprecated options can still be shown by pressing the right mouse inside the Export Options dialog and selection 'Show deprecated exporters'.
