I have r209 version of C2 and when i go to export my project I can't seem to see the option for cocoonJS anymore??

That export option was deprecated a long time ago. However, deprecated options can still be shown by pressing the right mouse inside the Export Options dialog and selection 'Show deprecated exporters'.
