  • I think the mascot should be "Urf the Connection Saver!"

  • ski-rah is how i say it

I also say it this way.

  • *snip*

Well... it isnt a game, but helps me make my game til we dont have tilesets, still not finished, but ill finish it

(not like other tile editors that dont support png's or saves the background grid with the tileset u made, the one that im making supports it and saves only the map)

I'd love to try it when its finished

  • Sweet Ashley as soon as I can shake off this procrastination streak, I'm going to start working on my plugin.

  • Yea not extremely impressive. Only reason some people think its extremely impressive is due to the girl anti-video game stereotype.

  • I love the site! I just have yet to make anything that everyone else will love, to post there.

  • While waiting for hobo tiles and other factors I've been working on this( originally for a contest where each object was limited to 4 colors).

  • [quote:1lyuskqg]Ahaha nice idea for a game You could have lots of fun with it....each level starts in a completely random place beginning with the caption 'where am I...ugh my head...'

Yea it should be fun. Good idea, I going to use the "ugh my head" part.

  • Now you may know about my Hobo game and if you don't I will post a short synopsis below.

Well I haven't been able to work on it extensively lately due to school, but as I am currently on break I decided to get some work done.

Now I am not sure how many of you would be keen to helping me out but as the title suggest I need some tiles.

My current tiles are Egyptian tomb-like tiles edited to pretend they are city tiles.

Now if you choose to help here is what I need(all in one tile set if possible):

[quote:2l3zn0ru]* side walk tiles, straight, and sloping both ways.

*Tiles to be used to create buildings of different sizes(this includes brick, windows, doors, etc.)

    * in the style of the provided reference.

    *16x16 or 32x32 please

Now if anyone could help me out it would be excellent.

Here is what the game is about:

[quote:2l3zn0ru]This game is a platform game where you rummage for filth and try to stop people from taking your box(aka home).

As you rummage more you get more reputation and Hobo lords the grant you access to exclusive dumpsters.

Anyway thank you for you time.

I have in fact played it. I also still have the file but I think only Deadeye should be able to distribute this monstrosity.

  • The best "free" pixel painting software I have used is Artweaver. Its a Photoshop/Painter mix.

This program is epic win. I can even almost draw in it.

  • I first got here when conversation sparked at the public Commander Keen Community, due to xtraverse being a developer at the time. At that time it was going to cost money and only the rain drop platformer demo was available.

Then the site disappeared Eventually I came back, the site was up, and signed myself up.

  • its nice, but roads dont really corner like that, they usually bend in arcs (quarter circles)

Well mazes in pac-man type games don't curve either.
