    I tried adding a Xirsys TURN/Ice server before it connects in multiplayer, but it didn't help at all.

    Or maybe I did it wrong.

    Should it be: stun:ss-turn2.xirsys.com

    Or: stun:ss-turn2.xirsys.com/_turn/my_channel

    Confused..

  • Hi everyone,

    I'm trying to control a physical robot, with Telnet.

    I can successfully send commands like this to control it:

    But i can't seem to figure out how to get states (the output/states of the robot in telnet)

    How would i go about connecting and getting a state/variable? do i use GET in ajax, or do i need to create a script of some sorts? - all im getting is errors.

    Not really game related, but i hope someone might be able to help me out anyway!

  • at least Ashley didnt come up with more excuses in this thread. Multiplayer DOES NOT WORK. Connetivity is so low that no one can release a multiplayer game. And thats a fact.

  • I just bought two templates from the Scirra Store.

    "Multiplayer Shooter Template" and "Multiplayer Tanks"

    But none of the templates work with NW.js exports. I haven't tried exporting for chrome, since I wanted to start the project for steam. Anyone else having problems with the multiplayer signaling server?

    - I'm using a pretty standard router setup, the same with my friend who is testing.

    I'm guessing if it doesn't work for us, it won't work for the majority of people on steam or anywhere actually.

    Pretty disappointed so far.

    Has anyone actually got it working with nw.js?

    I have tried 10 different ways to make it work, but it always ends up not working somehow. Either its working half or not at all.

    I'm pretty dusty when it comes to C2, would someone mind to take a look?

  • Im hoping C3 will be able to build .ipa files soon.

    i tried to with C3 yesterday via XCode, but after successful archiving, it just doesn't show up

    (so it can be uploaded to appstore).. Its a mystery..

    Never seen that before.

    I'm getting a flashing screen when the app is loading, and then it just restarts.

    (some sort of restart loop) (on iPad air 2 running iOS 10.3.2)

    i tried to remove the http from config. But no luck so far.

    I exported with r244, checked webview, compiled with phonegap but no luck so far.

    However it works on one of our other apps (no audio bug or restart)

    the only difference between the two that i can see, is that the app which dosnt work, has bigger and more audio files.

    We did! It runs in the browser. That's a huge feature. Maybe some people are sceptical, but it works beautifully. You can't get the feel of it from screenshots, you'll just have to wait for the public beta.

    I really think that the majority of C2 users, don't care if it runs in a browser or not

    You say that "Maybe some people are skeptical" but i think you mean "most"

    That's not what we have been asking for years.

    I know it's a better business model, and probably much easier to maintain. But at least we should have some of the big features we have all requested. (Built-in compiler/wrapper) comes first up in my mind here.
